MIAB FDThis unit is suitable for large airflows with a low concentration of VOC.This unit is suitable for large airflows with a low concentration of VOC. A great number of industrial emissions have a low concentrations of VOC, such as painting processes. This unit consists of two main parts: An adsorption part with one filter, at continuos operation two filters. Both provided with a main fan. A catalytic oxidising unit, MIAB D. The cleaning is made in two steps: 1. The VOC is captured and concentrated in the Filter and the air is cleaned. The speed of the fan is automatically adjusted to the number of connecting spots currently connected to the filter. 2. Destruction of the VOC in the catalytic oxidation unit. As the filter is saturated with VOC the activated carbon filter is purified through desorption by means hot gas from the oxidation unit. At continuos operation of the factory the second filter is connected for proceeding adsorption of the process air. At the desorption of the filter a concentration of the VOC takes place due to the fact that the desorption gas flow is considerably lower compared to the process air flow. The concentration is very important to achieve a low energy consumption at the incineration of the VOC. |

MIAB D- for small airflows with a high content of VOC.The unit MIAB D is a direct Catalytic oxidation. The unit is suitable for small airflows with a high content of VOC. The unit consists of main fan, start heater, heat exchanger and catalytic material. The process air is cleaned through incineration by means of catalytic oxidation of the solvents.
